Received strap with stain marks. Can't work out if it's grease, chocolate cake or nachos. Very disappointed! Have asked for a refund, still awaiting response.
Horrible product that performs so poorly it's not even funny anymore. It also took so long to arrive to make me think they shipped it to me straight from china.

Nice heavy duty looking case. It came with some scatches on the sude right out of the box. I only had this installed on my Galaxy S 23+ for only one full week. It fell off my lunch bag onto a sheet of osb about 1 foot off the ground and the glass screen protector shattered in the top right corner of the phone. Very disappointing considering the build quality of it looks very rugged. I might just have to go back to the Otterbox defender series.

no issues yet for design issues works as designed but some kind of ridge or something where the base of the hilt goes to stabilize it and it don't slide around would be awesome keep up the good work
